Vulnerability Management

Enterprise vulnerability lifecycle management, proactive risk reduction and compliance

Attackers run thousands of automated scans every day looking for the weakest link. We rescue vulnerability management from static reports and turn it into a dynamic, outcome-driven process. Continuous scanning, business-context prioritization and SLA-based remediation tracking deliver measurable improvement in your cyber risk profile every quarter. The process is transparently managed through our proprietary VulnFlow platform.

Audit and Compliance: This service produces technical reporting aligned with KVKK Article 12, GDPR Art. 32, PCI-DSS Requirement 11.2 and ISO 27001 Vulnerability Management controls.

Service Scope

End-to-end vulnerability management operation

We run every stage from discovery to remediation under a managed security service model.

Continuous Discovery and Scanning

24/7 automated asset discovery and vulnerability scanning across your network, web, cloud and container infrastructure.

  • •External Attack Surface: Internet-exposed assets monitored with ZFPScan.
  • •Internal Network Scans: Authenticated server and endpoint audits.
  • •Cloud & Container: AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes and Docker image scanning.

Intelligent Prioritization

Among thousands of findings, advanced scoring models surface the truly critical ones.

  • •EPSS & Threat Intelligence: Integration of active exploitation data.
  • •Business Context: The asset's organizational criticality and exposure.
  • •CVSS v3.1: Technical severity interpreted in your organizational context.

Remediation and SLA Management

We align flaw closure with your organizational policies, not "we found it, we sent it."

  • •SLA Tracking: Live tracking of windows such as critical 48 hours and high 7 days.
  • •Workflow: Automated task assignment via Jira, ServiceNow and Slack.
  • •Automatic Retest: Validation scans for flaws reported as closed.
Delivery

We follow risk until it's closed

The service is operated through our proprietary VulnFlow platform: centralized visibility, automated normalization and measurable security metrics.

  • Prioritized Risk Report: Remediation list blended with asset criticality and threat intelligence.
  • Technical Detail and PoC: Step-by-step PoC and a patch/configuration remediation guide for critical findings.
  • SLA & Progress Dashboard: MTTR and department-level security performance trend reports.
  • Compliance Mapping: Audit-grade technical reporting for ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, BDDK and KVKK.
  • Delta Reports: Analyses showing the differences between two scans (newly opened, closed).
Platform Integration

Full integration with the VulnFlow platform

Raze Security's Managed Vulnerability Service runs on our proprietary VulnFlow platform, uniting every piece of risk data, from penetration test findings to automated scan output, on a single panel and quantifying the impact of your security investments.

  • Centralized Visibility: All penetration test findings and scan data converge on a single panel. No inter-department blind spots.
  • Automation: Results from different scanners are normalized and duplicates are automatically deduplicated.
  • Measurability: Prove the risk impact of your security investments with MTTR, SLA compliance and department performance trends.
  • Workflow Integration: Automated task assignment to engineering teams and validation scans via Jira, ServiceNow and Slack.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between vulnerability management and a penetration test?

A penetration test is an in-depth snapshot at a point in time. Vulnerability management is a continuous operating model of discovery, scanning, prioritization and remediation tracking. The two services complement each other.

How are false positives filtered out?

Scanner output is validated by an expert team. Every reported finding is confirmed for exploitability and business impact. Your teams only receive actionable records.

Does it integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. The VulnFlow platform integrates with common vulnerability scanners, EDR solutions and ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.), so you do not need to replace existing investments.

How is prioritization performed?

Not by CVSS score alone. Exploit maturity (EPSS), asset business criticality and network position are evaluated together to produce a true risk order.

How does SLA tracking work?

Each finding is bound to a remediation SLA target based on severity. Records approaching or exceeding their deadline are handled with automatic escalation and monitored live on a management dashboard.
