Penetration Testing

Methodology-driven offensive security audit for complex infrastructures

Penetration testing is a strategic security audit that evaluates your digital defense line from the perspective of cyber attackers. Our OSCP, OSCE and CRTO certified expert teams identify, validate and report security flaws through processes aligned with OWASP, NIST and PTES standards, mapping them to enterprise risk models. We don't just "find". We analyze the business impact of those flaws and deliver a concrete remediation roadmap.

Audit and Compliance: This service produces technical evidence aligned with BDDK Information Systems Regulation, KVKK Technical Measures, PCI-DSS Section 11 and ISO 27001 Annex A controls.

Audit Scope

In-depth analysis of the entire attack surface

We audit every critical attack vector with approaches purpose-built for each environment type. Our assessments are scaled specifically to your infrastructure, sector-specific threat model and regulatory compliance requirements.

Web Application and API Security

Modern web applications and microservice architectures are where enterprise data is most exposed. Beyond standard flaws, we also audit complex logical bugs.

  • •OWASP Top 10: Injections, authentication flaws and sensitive data exposure.
  • •API and GraphQL: Authorization issues (BOLA/IDOR) and data leakage in REST, SOAP and GraphQL endpoints.
  • •Business Logic Abuse: Multi-step transactions, cart manipulation and workflow bypass.
  • •Client-Side: React, Angular, Vue framework flaws and DOM-based attacks.

Mobile Application Security

We perform hybrid device-side and server-side audits across the iOS and Android ecosystems.

  • •Static & Dynamic Analysis: Source code analysis and runtime manipulation testing.
  • •Certificate Pinning: SSL/TLS traffic interception and bypass techniques.
  • •Local Data Security: SQLite, Keychain and SharedPreferences analysis.
  • •Reverse Engineering: Decompilation and business-logic reasoning.

Internal Network and Active Directory Audit

Simulates the risk posed by an attacker operating from inside the organization or via a compromised endpoint.

  • •AD Security: AD CS (ESC1-ESC8), Kerberoasting, AS-REP Roasting, Delegation.
  • •Lateral Movement: Scenarios for reaching Domain Admin without detection.
  • •Network Devices: Configuration audit of switches, routers and firewalls.
  • •Privileged Access: Analysis of LAPS, service accounts and password policies.

External Network and Perimeter Security

Testing of your internet-exposed digital assets and perimeter defenses from the perspective of an external attacker.

  • •Attack Surface Mapping: Discovery of Shadow IT and forgotten services.
  • •VPN and Remote Access: Audit of GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, FortiClient.
  • •Email and DNS: SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration and DNS zone-transfer risks.

Wireless Network and IoT Security

Corporate Wi-Fi infrastructure and smart devices extend your attack surface beyond physical boundaries. Our OSWP-certified team audits everything from the radio layer down to firmware.

  • •WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise: Authentication weaknesses, Evil Twin and Rogue AP scenarios.
  • •Guest Network and Segmentation: Captive portal bypass and VLAN isolation testing.
  • •IoT and Embedded Devices: Firmware analysis, default credentials and insecure communication protocols.
  • •BLE and RF: Bluetooth Low Energy pairing weaknesses and RF-based attack vectors.

Methodology

PTES and NIST standards

A structured, repeatable, outcome-driven process. We document every step and prove every finding in a verifiable way.

01

Pre-Engagement

Defining the scope, Rules of Engagement (RoE) and success criteria.

02

Reconnaissance & Information Gathering

Collecting maximum data about the target system using active and passive techniques.

03

Threat Modeling

Designing the most likely attack scenarios specific to your organization based on the data gathered.

04

Vulnerability Analysis

Identifying weaknesses in the system using automated and manual methods.

05

Exploitation

Controlled validation of the identified flaws and creation of Proof of Concept (PoC).

06

Post-Exploitation

Analyzing the value of the obtained data and persistence opportunities after successful intrusion.

07

Reporting & Presentation

Documenting the entire process from both technical and managerial perspectives.

Reporting and Delivery

Both technical and managerial reports

The reports delivered at the end of the audit consist of two main sections customized for technical teams and the C-Level executive audience. The technical section contains step-by-step exploitation paths, Proof of Concept screenshots and prioritized remediation steps, while the executive summary translates findings into an enterprise risk score, business impact analysis and strategic investment recommendations. Findings are also mapped to KVKK, GDPR, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 controls so that a single report clarifies both your operational and regulatory action plan.

  • Executive Summary: Enterprise risk score, the business impact of critical weaknesses and strategic investment recommendations.
  • Technical Details and PoC: Step-by-step screenshot-driven Proof of Concept, exploitation path and specific remediation steps.
  • Raw Data and Inventory: Service dumps and technical data sets obtained during scanning.
  • Compliance Mapping: Mapping of findings to KVKK, GDPR, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 controls.
  • VulnFlow Integration: Interactive tracking of all findings through the VulnFlow platform.
  • Free Retest: A validation scan performed after remediation work is completed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will the penetration test affect our production environment?

Tests are conducted in a controlled manner under pre-agreed rules of engagement (RoE). Exploitation steps that could cause service disruption are performed only with written approval and preferably within maintenance windows. DoS attempts are out of scope.

What is the difference between black-box, gray-box and white-box?

The difference is the level of information provided to the test team. Black-box runs with no prior knowledge, gray-box with limited accounts and documentation, and white-box with full access. For most enterprise scenarios, gray-box delivers the best value.

Do you verify findings after remediation?

Yes. After critical and high-severity findings are fixed, a verification (retest) round is performed and the closure report is updated.

Which audits can the report be used for?

Our reports are produced under TSE A-Level authorized company status and can be used as technical evidence in BDDK, KVKK, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 audits.
